Safaricom company has announced a nationwide interruption of its M-Pesa services for four hours starting tomorrow (October 19) midnight.
Through an announcement dated October 18, 2021, the telecommunication company said the exercise was a normal routine maintenance aimed at improved services.
All M-Pesa services including airtime purchase will be temporarily unavailable from 11:59PM on Tuesday to 04:00AM on Wednesday.
“The timing of this maintenance activity has been planned to result in the least of inconvenience to our customers. We apologize for any inconvenience that may be caused and thank you for your continued support,” read part of the notice.
