Three Isiolo MCAs and aspirants for various seats have joined Deputy President William Ruto’s United Democratic Alliance.
The leaders met Dr Ruto in Karen Friday and discussed among others the bottom up economic model.
“The leaders agreed that our bottom-up economic model will transform the county that had suffered years of marginalization,” DP Ruto shared.
The three MCAs were Sericho’s Nura Diba, his Cherab counterpart Mohammed Jirmo and Farhiya (Nominated).
Other leaders in the meeting included gubernatorial aspirant Hussein Tene and Woman Rep aspirant Winfred Kagwiria and several MCA hopefuls for Wabera, Bulapesa and Ngaremara wards.
The Karen meeting came a month after Isiolo Woman Rep Rehema Jaldesa ditched UDA for Jubilee.
