Police in Garbatulla, Isiolo County have recovered four rifles and 203 rounds of ammunition and a consignment of bhang at a home in the outskirts of Kinna town.
Acting on a tip-off from the public, the sleuths also recovered nine AK-47 magazines, six kilograms of bhang and two plateless motorbikes suspected to have been used in transporting the drug.
Two suspects Amina Mohamed and Abdi Guyo, suspected to be a couple, were arrested during the around 5:00 am raid.
Garbatulla Deputy County Commissioner Stephen Nyakundi said they had received reports that the two were selling bhang prompting the raid.
The suspects are being interrogated as investigations into the matter continue before their arraignment.
