A 45-year-old man from Nyaribo village in Nyeri Central, Nyeri County escaped death by a whisker after he was caught making love with a neighbour’s cow.
According to a police report seen by the Press Point, Mr Samson Murage heard some unusually sound from the direction of his cowshed and when he went to check, he found a middle-aged man having sex with his heavily pregnant cow.
Upon noticing him, the criminal, who was later identified as, Paul Mwangi, picked his trouser from the ground and fled half-naked.
Mr Murage raised alarm and residents quickly responded and pursued the fugitive who was arrested and beaten mercilessly before he was handed over to Kiganjo Police Station while still half-naked.
The accused sustained serious injuries on the head and other parts of the body.
