A warrant of arrest has been issued against a Kenyan lawyer facing Sh20 million fraud charges.
Sammy Gichuki Waigwa practicing with S.Gichuki Waigwa & Associates was charged in 2017 with stealing from Aguthi Enterprises.
The directive was issued after the lawyer absconded court.
Reports indicate that the lawyer appeared in court for the first hearing and vanished thereafter.
