Marsabit Governor Mohamud Ali and his predecessor and ex-Treasury CS Ukur Yattani have been arrested by detectives from the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC) over a multi-million graft case at the Marsabit County Government.
The Press Point is reliably informed that Governor Ali is expected to be processed at the EACC Upper Eastern Region offices in Isiolo while Yattani is currently held at Integrity Center Police station in Nairobi.
The two were arrested following raids at their homes on Wednesday morning.
