Former Isiolo North MP Joseph Samal has been arrested over alleged incitement claims.
The ex-MP was arrested following order by the National Cohesion and Integration Commission (NCIC).
He is set to be charged with ethnic contempt contrary to NCIC Act.
A section of Turkana community leaders among them Ngaremara MCA Ekwam Teru and Isiolo County Water Executive Josphine Eregai are present in court.
