Police in Kirinyaga are holding a 52-year-old man who reportedly defiled his three children.
Reports indicate the suspect started abusing his two daughters and son aged between five and 13 years after he separated with the wife three years ago.
He is locked up at Kianyaga police station as probe into the incident continues before his arraignment.
The crime was discovered early this week after the children reported the matter to police leading to his arrest.
Medical examination on the minors revealed that they had been defiled.
Police sources revealed that the mother of the children had been arrested and was assisting in ongoing probe.
“We will arraign him once the investigations are completed,” an officer said.
