A motorist driving towards Thika was shot dead by unknown people in a moving car at Kimbo area in Juja, Kiambu County.
The attackers first deflated one of his car’s tyres before spraying the vehicle with bullet killing him on the spot.
Police sources however indicated that the severely injured man was pronounced dead on arrival at Thika Level (V) hospital.
Investigations have been launched into the Tuesday incident.
