A court in Kiambu has allowed police to detain prime suspects in killing of Engineer George Mwangi who was found murdered and his body dumped in Kieni Forest, Gatundu North in Kiambu.
The two: deceased wife and Jubilee politician Gladys Chania and farmhand Maurice Mbugua will be detained for seven days to allow completion of investigations.
Police believe Mwangi could have been killed inside his house in Mangu and his body ferried to the forest as his clothes and mobile phones were recovered in the house.
