Embattled CDI Maria Consolata Teachers College Principal Emmanuel Ekisa is set to be arraigned for defrauding students more than Sh200, 000.
Mr Ekisa who was arrested on Thursday will be arraigned tomorrow (Friday) over failure to pay Sh207, 000 KNEC exams fees for 33 students who did not sit for the exams that started on Tuesday and ended on Thursday.
