Chuka High Court has dropped a case where ousted Tharaka Nithi Deputy Speaker Susan Ngugi had sued Speaker, Clerk and the County Assembly for ignoring a February 12 court order suspending her impeachment.
The court then allowed the Marimanti MCA file a case seeking her reinstatement and temporary orders prohibiting her replacement were issued until determination of the case.
Justice Robert Limo directed that the respondents be served forthwith.
