Police in Nandi are hunting down a 17-year-old boy who killed his cousin following an argument on who would charge their phones first.
The juvenile, reports indicate, reached for an arrow and stabbed Josphat Kibet, 31, on the chest and vanished leaving him for the dead.
The victim was pronounced dead at Kapsabet County Referral Hospital.
The incident happened in Kaimosi area.
