Former Isiolo North MP Joseph Samal has been declared the winner in the MP race after thinly flooring incumbent Hassan Odha.
In the results announced by Constituency IEBC returning officer Jackson Limaris, Mr Samal garnered 10, 326 votes, 631 more than Mr Odha’s.
PNU’s Mwenda Thuranira emerged third with 8739 votes followed by Abshiro Halakhe of KANU who got 4296 votes.
United Democratic Alliance’s Abdilatif Abdi Boru garnered 3042 votes followed by Godana Abdi Adan who got 2765 votes.
