Police in Sagana, Kirinyaga are holding a bodaboda rider for allegedly killing his colleague over beer.
Reports indicate that the rider attacked Alex Maina at Karima area after refusing to share with him a bottle of drink that their friend had bought for them.
The irate suspect would then hit the rider with a club (rungu) throwing him to floor before he vanished.
The deceased family has called on security team to ensure justice is served to their son.
Kirinyaga West Police Commander David Kabena said the suspect will be arraigned and charged with murder.
