Isiolo Nominated MCA Sumeya Bishar has been endorsed by Garre community elders to contest for Isiolo Woman Representative seat in the August elections.
Ms Bishar is a Jubilee Party MCA representing youths and has been actively involved in a number of community initiatives including fight against drugs and empowerment programs.
The elders exuded confidence in her leadership and rallied other communities to support her bid.
The youthful leader is set to battle it out with incumbent Rehema Jaldesa, Education CAS Mumina Bonaya, Nominated MCA Mumina Konso and Nasibo Sora among others.
