Nakuru court will tomorrow (Tuesday) deliver a ruling on whether or not to grant police more time to conclude investigations into Meru Senator Mithika Linturi’s alleged inflammatory remarks that he made in Eldoret last weekend.
The Senator who was arrested on Sunday will spend a second night at Kaptembwo Police Station.
Police had sought continued detainment of Mr Linturi for seven days to allow completion of investigations before he takes plea.
Mr Linturi is being held for referring to those opposed to Deputy President William Ruto’s Presidential bid as madoadoa “stains” and calling for their ejection.
