Deputy President William Ruto is more attractive to youthful female voters aged between 18-35 years.

According to a newly released survey by polling firm Infotrak, Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) leader, Raila Odinga enjoys huge support from men.

The survey shows that DP Ruto’s United Democratic Alliance (UDA) is the most popular party in Kenya but if elections were held today, Mr Odinga would top the presidential race followed by DP, Musalia Mudavadi then Kalonzo Musyoka.

The report also indicates that DP Ruto is the most popular presidential aspirant in Central Kenya at 42 percent followed by Mr Odinga at 16 percent.

The poll also found that the most preferred presidential candidate for OKA (One Kenya Alliance) is Mudavadi but whom a big population also feels that he should deputise either DP Ruto or Mr Odinga.

The report shows that DP’s popularity has been on the decline whereas that of his main contender, Mr Odinga is rising.
