President Uhuru Kenyatta has passed on Justice Martha Koome’s name to the National Assembly for vetting as the successor of retired Chief Justice David Maraga.
Justice Koome was on Tuesday unanimously nominated by the Judicial Service Commission to take over as the Chief Justice.
