The ODM Party has been thrown into mourning following the death of two officials in a week.
Narok branch party secretary Dennis Naisho passed on March 10 after a short illness, a week after Isiolo’s ODM Vice-Chair Adan Kerrow’s death.
Mr Naisho had been receiving treatment at a Nairobi hospital where he had been admitted days earlier and his death came less than a year after the demise of former Narok ODM Chair Charles Nabasho.
Mr Kerrow, who was also the personal assistant to one of the Isiolo MCAs, died on the night of March 3 while receiving treatment at a private hospital in Isiolo town.
Meanwhile, Nakuru ODM Chair Peter Osono is admitted at a hospital in Nairobi where he is being treated for a respiratory illness.
ODM leader Raila Odinga has quarantined at the same hospital after testing positive for Covid-19 a few days ago.
The Press Point joins other Kenyans in wishing the Former Prime Minister and Mr Osono the quickest recovery.
